- Peering via tunneling protocols (e.g., WireGuard, GRE, etc.) may be considered at our discretion and will only be established when deemed appropriate. For requests originating from China Mainland, traffic exchange is strictly limited to domestic routes within China and must exclusively serve educational purposes.
- The ASN must not be listed in the blacklist defined by the as-set "AS215750:AS-BLACKLIST".
